I think Maradith is possibly talking about what's also known as a "sleeve" - it's a cylinder of silicone or similar material that a guy can slide up and down on his penis and it stimulates and simulates having sex - and you can get them in different types. May I humbly suggest that you use the item men have used to loosen up women since time began: alcohol. Hell, I know what you mean by too much alcohol. Hubs over did it one time and when I lured him outside to blow him, he couldn't cum!
